We, the undersigned electors of the City of Toronto ask City Council to pass a by-law redividing the City of Toronto into wards, in accordance with s. 129 of the City of Toronto Act, SO 2006, c 11, Sched A. We further ask that such wards be based on the new boundaries for the federal electoral districts located in Toronto proposed by the 2012 Federal Electoral Boundaries Commission for Ontario in its Report in either its current form or as amended after receiving objections from the House of Commons.
