Toronto Taxpayers Coalition’s Nita Kang submits a petition to Tim Hudak on the lawn at Queen’s Park on Tuesday March 6th, 2012. The 3900 signatures collected in two weeks support a call for a free vote in the provincial legislature so that Toronto MPPs can voice the will of constituents by voting in favour of spending the province’s $8.4 B on subways as opposed to LRT.
